Chubb Fire & Security , a proud member of the global Carrier group, is on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic Customer Contact Centre in Blackburn. If you're ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

You’ll enjoy a balanced work-life with a 37.5-hour week , Monday to Friday, during DAY shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM (for example, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service to our internal and external customers. You’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including:

• Field-based Engineers
• Account Managers
• Our Branch Network

Work closely with Customer Service Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience!

• Responding to inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Demonstrating excellent service to all customers.
• Maintaining high standards of customer relationships and confidentiality.
• Accurately recording and processing information.
• Taking ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.
• Proactively identifying and escalating service delivery issues.

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Have at least six months of customer service experience.
• Possess call centre or customer-facing experience.
• Be proactive with strong communication skills.
• Have a working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Be able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
