About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by proactively engaging with new and existing B2B customers. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, supporting lead generation, opportunity development, and ongoing account activity.

Your core focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including installers, contractors, distributors, and wholesalers. You will act as a trusted point of contact, identifying opportunities to support sales growth and foster long-term partnerships.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the External Sales Team: Daily engagement for lead handover, regional knowledge sharing, and support.
  • Work with the Marketing Team: Assist in lead generation and marketing campaigns, leveraging opportunities from customer events.
  • Provide Technical Support: Address complex product queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Logistics/Operations: Manage order tracking, deliveries, and stock availability.
  • Engage with Finance/Accounts: Handle invoicing and credit control queries.
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in business development and cold calling (B2B).
  • Resilience and adaptability, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical product information related to heating and cooling systems.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office.
  • Strong collaboration skills to support the external sales team.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your own workload efficiently.
  • Fluency in English.
