Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor!

Chubb Fire & Security , a proud member of the global Carrier group, is on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic Customer Contact Centre in Blackburn. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Your Work Schedule

You’ll enjoy a balanced 37.5-hour work week , Monday to Friday, with day shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM . For example, you might work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM .

Your Mission

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary goal will be to provide outstanding service to both our internal and external customers. You’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including:

  • Field-based Engineers
  • Account Managers
  • Our Branch Network
  • External Customers

Working closely with Customer Service Team Leaders and Operations Managers, you’ll help create the best possible experience for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Respond to inbound calls professionally and effectively, adhering to agreed response times.
  • Demonstrate excellent service to all customers.
  • Maintain company standards of customer relationships and confidentiality.
  • Accurately record and process information.
  • Take ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.
  • Proactively identify and escalate incidents that may impact service delivery.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • At least six months of customer service experience.
  • Experience in a call centre or customer-facing role.
  • Strong telephone and communication skills.
  • A working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • A collaborative spirit and effective communication skills.
