About the RoleAs an HVAC Technical Support Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality technical support to both external and internal customers. You’ll be part of a collaborative technical team, providing assistance via phone and email, and occasionally visiting sites as needed. Staying updated with the latest technical knowledge through ongoing training is essential, as you will be working with a diverse portfolio of products, including VRFs, chillers, and split systems.
Your Responsibilities- Handle technical calls from customers, both internal and external.
- Respond to technical emails and coordinate customer assistance site visits.
- Prepare detailed reports for customers.
- Assist in training apprentices.
- Manage out-of-hours technical calls following your training.
Experience with HVAC Products (VRFs preferred, along with chillers and split systems)
F-gas certificate
Hydrocarbon certificate is a plus
Guilds or NC in Refrigeration
Valid UK driving license
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 360 & Outlook
Willingness to travel to other sites (occasionally)
