Location: Home-based / South East

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Carrier Solutions is excited to offer an opportunity for a Reseller / Distribution Account Manager based ideally in the South East. This is your chance to make a significant impact by identifying and developing new business opportunities while collaborating with our dynamic distribution sales teams.

Your Mission:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of growing our business by quoting and selling all DX and VRF products under the Toshiba and Carrier brands. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Maximize Market Share: Increase sales revenue while effectively managing margins.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the current CSUK sales team to enhance our market presence in your region.
  • Identify Opportunities: Target and engage new potential resellers and distributors.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Develop new business opportunities and drive channel growth.
  • Empower Resellers: Keep them updated on product and service developments to ensure they can promote our offerings effectively.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with resellers through regular communication.
  • Analyze Data: Compile monthly sales and forecast reports to optimize sales potential with the National Distribution Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HVAC industry, especially DX and VRF products.
  • Sales Experience: A strong background in HVAC sales, working with contractors, M&E’s, and specification consultants.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct engaging meetings and presentations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
