Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Carrier Solutions is excited to offer an opportunity for a Reseller / Distribution Account Manager based ideally in the South East. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and developing new business opportunities while collaborating with our distribution sales teams to drive growth.
Your Mission:As a key player in our team, your main objectives will include:
- Maximizing Market Share: Increase sales revenue while effectively managing margins.
- Collaborative Growth: Work alongside the current CSUK sales team to enhance our market presence in the allocated region.
- New Opportunities: Target and identify potential resellers and distributors.
- Sales Targets: Achieve set sales goals and explore new business avenues for channel growth.
- Empowering Resellers: Keep resellers updated on product and service developments to ensure they can promote our offerings effectively.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with resellers through regular communication.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Compile monthly sales and forecast reports to optimize sales potential in collaboration with the National Distribution Manager.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HVAC industry, particularly DX and VRF products.
- Sales Experience: A strong sales background in HVAC, working with installing contractors, M&E’s, and/or specification consultants.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct engaging meetings.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are a must!
- Customer Commitment: A dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Driving License: A valid UK Driving Licence.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and IT literate.
