Are you passionate about renewable energy and looking to make a real impact? At Viessmann, we are on the hunt for a Renewables Product Manager to lead the charge in developing, managing, and optimizing our exciting product portfolio, including air-to-water heat pumps and solar energy systems (PV and/or thermal).
In this pivotal role, you will ensure our products not only meet customer needs but also align with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals. You’ll be the key link between our factory, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams, driving innovation and market positioning.
Your Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launches.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the product line’s budget, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and cost control.
- Industry experience in heating/installations with a solid understanding of commercial systems.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented with a positive outlook focused on quality and business profit.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Excellent IT skills; experience with Microsoft/Google tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in product management tools.
