As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each child's individual needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality professional care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Observing, assessing, and planning engaging early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
- Collaborating with a dynamic team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Conducting risk assessments and reporting health and safety matters to management.
- Supporting the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
- Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
- Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
- Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
