Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 2

Salary: £27,123.20 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each child's individual needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality professional care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Observing, assessing, and planning engaging early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
• Collaborating with a dynamic team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Conducting risk assessments and reporting health and safety matters to management.
• Supporting the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
• Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
• Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
• Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
