Overview of Data & Analytics Management at Cardinal Health Join our Data & Analytics function, where we oversee the analytics life-cycle to unearth insights that drive strategic business decisions and uncover opportunities for a competitive edge. Our team manages advanced analytic data platforms and implements reporting and business intelligence solutions to support data-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the management of enterprise analytics platforms (such as GCP, BigQuery, Analytics Hub, Airflow, Cloud Composure) to ensure they are reliable, scalable, and perform optimally. Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy that aligns with company objectives and promotes self-service analytics adoption. Mentor engineering teams, promoting best practices in platform administration, automation, and governance. Collaborate closely with business and analytics teams to deliver impactful solutions and facilitate effective platform utilization. Manage license administration, provisioning, and Active Directory integrations to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance and security by implementing role-based access controls in line with enterprise standards. Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to maximize the value from platform investments and support entitlement processes. Drive innovation by identifying new use cases and capturing business value, while shaping the strategic roadmap for the upcoming 12-24 months. Qualifications 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to achieve strategic objectives. Ensure team compliance with established guidelines. Impact work processes and customer outcomes with short-term decision-making. Engage with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels, including senior management. Resolve operational and project-related issues through collaborative interactions. Facilitate consensus among involved parties. Salary and Benefits Anticipated salary range: $105,100 - $165,110.
