divh2Sales Development Representative (SDR)/h2pWere hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive Ernests growth by creating new opportunities with potential construction and software clients. As the first point of contact for many prospects, youll play an important role in introducing Ernest, generating early interest, and supporting the development of a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with new people, and wants to contribute to building a scalable outbound sales function as the company continues to expand./ppConduct high-volume outbound outreach, including 5060 cold calls per day, plus email, SMS, and LinkedIn messaging./ppIntroduce Ernests construction and software offerings to prospective clients across franchise, retail, QSR, and commercial markets./ppIdentify and engage general contractors, property owners, franchise operators, and other potential partners./ppExecute top-of-funnel calls to generate interest, qualify basic fit, and route engaged prospects to the sales team./ppBuild and maintain targeted prospect lists aligned with Ernests ideal customer profile./ppResearch companies, markets, and decision-makers to uncover new opportunities./ppUse Ernests platform to track outreach, document conversations, and manage lead status./ppFollow up consistently with warm leads to convert them into scheduled meetings./ppTrack metrics and contribute to refining outreach strategies, scripts, and processes./ppCollaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on pipeline priorities./pp12 years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or top-of-funnel lead generation (construction or B2B experience is a plus)./ppComfort with high-volume outreach, including cold calling and multi-channel communication./ppVery strong English verbal and written communication skills./ppAbility to research companies, identify decision-makers, and understand basic construction or commercial project contexts./ppStrong organizational and time-management abilities to track outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity./ppSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment./ppErnest is the modern construction company reinventing the $1 trillion dollar annual commercial service and construction industries.
