We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer who enjoys automating, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems to establish the foundation of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices./ppYou will work closely with our engineering team to design secure, scalable systems, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth and reliable operations across all environments./ppWhat Youll Do/pulliDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment/liliManage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, SQS, Route53, Load Balancers, etc.)/liliBuild and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes/liliAutomate provisioning, scaling, and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation/liliEstablish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)/liliEnsure high availability, performance, and security of all systems/liliDrive automation, documentation, and best practices for deployment and release processes/liliCollaborate closely with software engineers to ensure reliable and efficient releases/liliLead disaster recovery planning, data backups, and failover strategies/li/ulpWhat You Bring/pulli5+ years in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering role with proven hands-on experience/liliDeep expertise in AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch)/liliStrong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring)/liliProficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)/liliExpertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)/liliSolid Linux administration and scripting skills (bash, python)/liliFamiliarity with networking, load balancers, DNS, and security best practices/liliExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills/liliBonus: experience with GCP or Azure/li/ulpAbout WIN/ppWIN is a leading player in the $250 billion home services industry, recognized for its national scale, strong brand, and culture of innovation.
