divh2Data Analytics Management/h2pThe Data Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling. Data Analytics Management provides strategic oversight, leadership and direction within the Data Analytics function./ppResponsibilities:/pulliLead the transformation of the at-Home Solutions analytics team into a modern data analytics organization aligned with Cardinal Healths Data City Plan./liliDrive the adoption of AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics to deliver insights that generate revenue growth and cost savings./liliBuild and manage a scalable data foundation and analytics infrastructure in partnership with enterprise data teams./liliServe as a hands-on technical leader, guiding the team in data engineering, analytics development, and AI/ML solution delivery./liliPlay a pivotal role in transforming the team into a modern, AI-enabled analytics organization that drives innovation, operational efficiency, and measurable business value./liliCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic goals./liliFoster a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and professional development./liliEnsure adherence to enterprise data governance, quality, and security standards./liliManage team operations, including planning, budgeting, vendor relationships, and performance metrics./li/ulpQualifications:/pulli8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferred./liliBachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, preferred./liliProven hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics development or AI/ML solution delivery./liliStrong understanding of cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., SQL DB, GCP, BigQuery, Databricks, EDnA, Snowflake)./liliDemonstrated ability to lead teams through digital transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes./liliExperience with value stream mapping preferred./liliExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team-building skills./liliExperience in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare analytics is a plus./liliExperience with data governance, data quality, and enterprise data strategies./liliFamiliarity with agile methodologies and product-centric delivery models preferred./li/ulpWhat is expected of you and others at this level:/pulliManages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff./liliParticipates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals./liliEnsures employees operate within guidelines./liliDecisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers./liliInteracts with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management./liliInteractions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects./liliGains consensus from various parties involved./li/ulpAnticipated salary range: $105,100 - $157,605.
