This role will support the Sales Team by managing CRM data, generating insights through Power BI, coordinating with field teams using XOi Vision, and assisting with marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across platforms and collaborating with multiple departments to streamline sales operations and customer engagement./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/ppNote: This is not intended to be a comprehensive list. Managers may assign additional responsibilities./pulliMaintain and update customer records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/liliAssist in tracking and reporting sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline metrics/liliGenerate dashboards and reports using Power BI to support sales forecasting and performance analysis/liliCoordinate with field technicians and service teams using XOi Vision for job documentation and customer communication/liliProcess quotes, proposals, and purchase orders for job set up/liliSupport Sales Team with:/liulliSubcontractor coordination and pricing/liliProcess quotes, proposals, and purchase orders for job set up/liliNew Customer Set Up/liliCRM/Dynamics Reports/liliSupport Proposals and Estimating/li/ulliHelp maintain relationships with customers as required/liliProvide administrative support for sales meetings and presentations/liliManage bid/procurement portals/liliCreate and distribute marketing materials, including flyers and promotional content/liliCoordinate and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM tools/liliSupport planning and logistics for customer-facing events, trade shows, and internal sales initiatives/li/ulpQualifications:/ppTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
