education!/liliAnd much more/li/ulpWhat we are looking for:/pulliExecute the sales process from introduction of services to signing agreements in order to meet booking, conversion and job profitability goals./liliCreate trust and value when presenting options to homeowners./liliPresent our company as the most knowledgeable and professional choice to do the work so convincingly that the homeowners need not look any further./li/ulpResponsibilities/pulliDeveloping a daily schedule of productive activity from qualified leads/liliDeveloping community relationships for referral and sales opportunities/liliResponding to and initiating telephone contact with potential customers/liliCompleting inspections for customers and accurately diagnosing problems./liliInforming homeowners of what is happening to their homes and offering options for repair or replacement./liliPreparing and presenting proposals that are specific for the individual homeowners needs./liliClosing sales and achieving assigned sales performance objectives/liliCollaborating with the Installation team to ensure the job is executed professionally./liliSelling additional services to present customer base and referrals/li/ulpRequirements/ppThe ideal candidate will preferably possess 5 years of proven sales experience, including 2 years of sales in residential/home services or a related field. A strong business acumen and sales skills are required as well as proven success engaging customers and solving problems./ppCompensation Package/ppThe total compensation range is approximately $75,000- $125,000. Our company has a strong philosophy of compensating the highest quality people with the highest pay in the industry. In addition to a competitive commission structure, we offer continuing education and a strong benefits package including a matched 401K, Health Insurance, and paid leave.
