This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in North Crawley. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored advice on motorbike purchases, financing options, and additional services. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, presenting product offerings, building long-term relationships, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets. The role requires maintaining strong product knowledge and delivering exemplary service to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers Sales expertise, negotiation abilities, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional client experiences Knowledge or passion for motorbikes is highly advantageous Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar sales tracking tools Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to various customer needs Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the automotive or retail sector, is a plus
