Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business to ensure open, transparent, and consistent communication. Identify, investigate, and develop solutions to business challenges, driving improved outcomes for all stakeholders. Elicit, analyze, and document user requirements with precision and clarity. Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for the Development Team. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions with system architecture. Define acceptance criteria and ensure they are fully addressed through comprehensive testing. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that the final product aligns with stakeholder expectations. Actively participate in agile ceremonies. Author and update internal and external documentation and facilitate workshops where required. Assist in managing, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog to align with strategic goals. Continuously review and enhance system processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Actively manage diverse stakeholder groups, including C-suite, brokers, and technical teams. Support change management initiatives, including training, adoption, and communication strategies. Demonstrate flexibility and proactively contribute to additional initiatives and projects as required. About you:
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in agile software teams. Certified Business Analyst. London Market insurance experience is essential. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. Clear communicator; bridges technical and non-technical teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. Experience with DevOps and cloud platforms (preferably Azure). Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality. The rewards:
