Main Duties
Making warm calls to existing customers – NO COLD CALLING
Manage inbound enquiries from customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell products
Adhering to data protection
Working within a busy sales floor
Work towards sales targets
Confidently manage objections
Advise and sell company products and services
Manage CRM system and correctly enter customer data
Your Working Week
Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm (with 1-hour breaks)
Every 3rd Saturday - 9am to 12:30pm
