Rebuild Technician

Compensation:

• Salary: $54,000 – $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
• Bonus Potential:
• Up to 5% of annual salary based on overall performance
• Monthly bonus eligibility tied to successful job completion and project outcomes
• W2 Option: Includes bonus potential + benefits after 6 months of successful employment
• 1099 Option: Flexible project-based pay

Once remediation is complete, our team restores homes and businesses through skilled carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and finishing work. Position Overview

We are seeking a Restoration Rebuild Specialist who can work independently and deliver high-quality results across a wide range of repair and rebuild tasks. The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled trades professional with strong carpentry experience, versatile handyman abilities, and the ability to see projects through from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry repairs and installations: framing, drywall, trim, doors, and windows.
• Complete drywall hanging, mudding, taping, sanding, and texturing.
• Install and repair flooring: laminate, vinyl, tile, hardwood, and carpet.
• Prep, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, and finishes.
• Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs (fixtures, outlets, switches, light installs).
• Install and repair cabinets, vanities, and built-ins.
• Complete general handyman tasks: caulking, sealing, insulation, and reinstallations.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site.
• Communicate clearly with clients and project managers about timelines and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction, carpentry, or handyman experience.
• Strong multi-trade skillset with ability to complete rebuild tasks independently.
• Proven ability to deliver projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Own basic tools for rebuild and repair work (preferred).
