Dietary Manager

CareCore at Lima is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to lead our dietary team in providing high-quality, nutritious meals to our residents. If you're passionate about food service in healthcare and thrive in a team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you

• Oversee daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Develop and maintain menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of residents
• Supervise, schedule, and train dietary staff
• Monitor food preparation and service to ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met
• Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams regarding residents' dietary restrictions and preferences
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain budget controls
• Participate in care planning meetings and quality assurance programs

• Prior experience in a dietary management role in a long-term care or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of dietary regulations for skilled nursing facilities
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for serving seniors and working in a team environment
