Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Bayside ABA is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our family oriented and supportive team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and mentor ABA professionals
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans to support client progress
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment as needed
• Provide parent training and ongoing family support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification with the BACB and state licensure
• Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Pay: $40.00 to 60.00 per hour

Work Location: Clinic Based

Pay: $ $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
