Bayside ABA is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our family oriented and supportive team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and mentor ABA professionals
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
- Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans to support client progress
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment as needed
- Provide parent training and ongoing family support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification with the BACB and state licensure
- Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 to 60.00 per hour
Work Location: Clinic Based
Pay: $ $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
