OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE: 
Under the direction of the Group Home Manager, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential, Night 
Awake provides oversight supervision of clients, and direct services as needed. Implements facets of the Individual Service Agreements (ISA) as applicable and provides housekeeping services as assigned. 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 
DIRECT SERVICE 
Provides varied specified levels of supervision of residents in their home overnight.  Attends to personal care needs.  Attends to any medical needs.  Complies with regulations, policies, and procedures. Performs medication administration, as assigned.  Safely
