We are seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing objectives and drive brand growth across multiple channels. Duties
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and social media, and advertising channels to maximize brand visibility and engagement
- Create, manage and optimize marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Ads, and marketing automation platforms to track performance and ROI
- Oversee content marketing efforts including copywriting, email campaigns, and SMS campaigns.
- Coordinate social media ideas and content creation on platforms like Instagram & Facebook to grow a strong online community.
- Oversee budgeting for all marketing activities ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools (or other) to produce engaging visual content that aligns with brand standards
- Analyze campaign data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to refine strategies and improve performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, and multichannel campaign management
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation
- Familiarity with programs such as Figma, Klaviyo, Shopify, HTML basics, and website management for content updates and optimization
- Expertise in marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively
- Solid understanding of performance marketing techniques including Google AdWords campaigns and email marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure success and inform decision-making
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously within budget constraints
- Knowledge of print advertising methods as well as e-commerce platforms for integrated marketing efforts
