Front Desk Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality management. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and streamline front desk operations in our resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and cancellations with excellent phone etiquette
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and special requests
• Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness
• Uphold hospitality standards by delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
• Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry
• Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively
• Familiarity with resort environments and guest relations strategies is advantageous
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is desirable
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including night audit procedures, enhances effectiveness in this role

Job Type: Part-time
