Gutter Installation Tech description:

We are looking for a Gutter or Construction trades person with a strong work ethic, and basic knowledge of various roofing systems to join our team & for construction professionals looking for an opportunity learn gutter installation. In this role one must be willing to receive training to become a Gutter Install Tech. After initial training you will be able install gutters, perform evaluations and Gutter Preventative Maintenance to residential homes.

You must be professional, presentable, and a good communicator as you will be dealing directly with clients on a daily basis.

What We Offer:

• Excellent earnings - $20.00-$24.00 per hour (On Average our Service Techs make $70,000+ per year).
• Three (3) annual bonus opportunities (safety bonus of up to $1,500.00 per year, individual performance bonus & company bottom-line bonus).
• Commision of 5% per sale.

What you'll do:

• Always follow safety on the job and while driving.
• Inspect problem roofs, perform roof repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Clean and maintain equipment and area.
• Communication: Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
• Customer Service: Manage difficult and emotional customers; Responds promptly to customer needs.

What you'll need:

• Minimum 1 year of Gutter Installation Experience, relevant construction experience or military experience.
• Driver's License (REQUIRED).
• 21 years of age or older (REQUIRED to drive company vehicle).
• High school diploma, or equivalent (REQUIRED).
• A CLEAN driving record.
• Ability to travel when local work is not available.
• Ability to work Overtime when required.

Physical Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time on a regular basis throughout the day.
• Must be able to frequently ascend/descend ladder up to 40 feet.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
• Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able to work in varied extreme weather conditions (extreme hot and extreme cold weather).
• Load and unload material and equipment from variant heights.
• Load material and equipment from vehicles on and off the roof.
• Lift heavy objects by hand or with a host and clean work area.
• Shovel loose materials such as gravel, sand metal snow, or dirt.
