Caregiver

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering personalized care with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate care records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed
• Support medication administration following care plans and ensure proper documentation of all treatments
• Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces

Experience

• Demonstrated experience with patient observation, dementia care (including Alzheimer's and memory care), hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive decline
• Hands-on experience with HIPAA compliance to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information
• Familiarity with working in long-term care, in-home care, or assisted living is advantageous
