General Manager

We're looking for a driven and hands-on leader to join our team as General Manager. What You'll Do

• Lead by example, working side-by-side in the kitchen and front of house
• Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
• Create schedules and ensure smooth shift coverage
• Maintain top standards for service, food quality, and consistency
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for guests and staff
• Solve problems quickly and keep operations on track
