House Cleaner

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who values efficiency, takes pride in delivering exceptional results, and prefers to be paid per house rather than per hour. You will manage your own time and workflow, completing each assigned cleaning job thoroughly and to the client's satisfaction. Pay is based on the specific requirements of each home, not on time spent.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete cleaning of residential properties according to checklists and client specifications.
• Must bring your own cleaning supplies
• Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Dusting surfaces, fixtures, and decor.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.
• Making beds and changing linens (if required).
• Cleaning mirrors, windows (interior), and glass surfaces.
• Emptying trash and replacing liners.
• Tidying and organizing rooms after cleaning.
• Bring your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment (or use client-supplied materials if specified).
• Manage schedule to arrive on time and complete jobs within an efficient timeframe.
• Communicate professionally with clients and our office regarding job status, special requests, or issues.
• Ensure security and privacy of client homes and belongings.

Requirements

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Own basic cleaning tools (vacuum, mop, buckets, cloths, etc.) and cleaning products.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Professional demeanor and respect for client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Smartphone for communication, accessing job details, and submitting completion reports.

Pay

• 2 bedroom is a flat rate of $225
• 3 bedroom is a flat rate of $275
• 4 bedroom is a flat rate of $300

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
