Certified Nursing Assistant

Madison Medical Resort provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in a community-focused environment. You will work directly with residents, assisting with daily tasks and ensuring their needs are met. You will observe, report, and respond to changes in health or behavior, while supporting the nursing team. Your work helps maintain a safe and structured environment, and your interactions with residents shape their daily experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Assist with meals and hydration, ensuring residents are nourished
• Monitor and record vital signs, alerting nursing staff to changes
• Maintain a safe and organized environment
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition or behavior
• Document care clearly and on time according to facility guidelines
• Offer consistent, compassionate support to residents

Qualifications

Required:

• Active CNA license in Texas
• Ability to safely lift and assist residents
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Patience and commitment to resident care

Preferred:

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care
• CPR/BLS certification
• New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and hands-on support
