Position Responsibilities:
Manage a full litigation caseload from start to finish; draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery; take and defend depositions; handle mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions; provide hearing, trial, and appellate oral advocacy; and maintain strong, proactive communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school; active member in good standing of the Indiana Bar; 2-8 years of experience in real estate and/or business litigation; demonstrated ability to handle cases independently from start to finish; strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills; strategic thinker with excellent judgment and attention to detail; and a collaborative, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
