About the Role
We are seeking a General Manager (Revenue & Operations) for a company in the beauty and hair industry. This role is essential in overseeing operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring alignment between departments and executive leadership.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple departments while driving process improvements and strategic execution. While marketing and sales experience are beneficial, the primary focus of this role is operational oversight, cross-team coordination, and leadership continuity as the company transitions to a more structured management model.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Leadership:
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop innovative approaches to customer acquisition and retention.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement policies and processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement in all areas of the business.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
Team Leadership & Delegation:
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Delegate tasks effectively to maximize team productivity and maintain focus on strategic objectives.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive employee development.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define company objectives and long-term strategies.
- Develop actionable plans to meet business goals and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
QualificationsExperience:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or operational leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving company-wide initiatives.
- Strong background in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
