commercial, light industrial, and institutional projects

across the Lower Mainland.

• Lead all on-site operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are met.
• Coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor supervision.
• Mentor and support site staff, fostering a collaborative, respectful team culture.
• Maintain open communication with project managers, clients, consultants, and inspectors.
• Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with BC Building Code standards.
• Uphold RJS Construction's commitment to professionalism, precision, and integrity.

• 6+ years of experience as a

Site Superintendent

in commercial construction.
- Proven success managing full-cycle projects with a general contractor.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on carpentry or trade background preferred.
- Solid understanding of BC Building Code, construction methods, and site operations.
- Proficiency with

Procore

- Reliable pickup truck and valid BC driver's licence.
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to pass a

prior to employment.
