The Technical Project Manager will lead Project Management for Business Technology and drive execution across a balanced portfolio of platform, security, productivity, automation, and internal product initiatives. They bring disciplined intake, prioritization, delivery, and adoption practices so initiatives land with speed, quality, and measurable value. This role frees senior technologists to focus on architecture, security, and outcomes aligned to our strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Own portfolio delivery by maintaining a single, visible portfolio board that captures scope, timelines, dependencies, RAID, decisions, and KPIs tied to time to value and adoption.
- Own the delivery cadence through daily scrums, weekly cross-team standups, executive readouts, and quarterly resource planning to keep work aligned and moving.
- Run the portfolio intake process: triage requests, score objectively, and sequence work into quarterly plans; maintain decision logs and dependency maps.
- Define and track KPIs: on-time delivery, cycle time to MVP, adoption, support ticket impact, and benefits realization.
- Lead readiness: communications, training, support transitions, and definition of done with release notes and acceptance sign-off.
- Drive license and subscription hygiene to sustain cost savings.
- Collaborate closely across corporate and technical teams, coordinating with vendors and partners as
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical project or program management across enterprise platforms, security, or internal product delivery.
- Experience standing up lightweight PMO or portfolio processes in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across executives, engineers, operations, and vendors.
- Command of delivery methods and artifacts: intake, prioritization, RAID, stage gates, change control.
- Ability to translate complex, multi-team work into clear, time-bound plans with measurable outcomes.
- Enterprise Microsoft stack exposure (identity, device management, collaboration, AI-assisted productivity). Is preferred
- License optimization and vendor/SaaS management experience is preferred

The base salary range for this position is $105K - $115K annualized for a full-time role. Salary is dependent various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for discretionary incentives and share ownership.
