In addition, we stock and provide a vast selection of architectural hardware, making it a one-stop-shop for all commercial door needs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support our sales team and customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with contractors, handling quotes and orders, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from contractors, vendors, and customers
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders for fire-rated doors and related products
• Provide product information, lead times, and pricing
• Follow up on quotes and assist with closing inside sales
• Coordinate with operations and production to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Resolve customer questions or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/order management systems

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (construction or building materials preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office environment
• Comfortable working with pricing, quotes, and order details
• Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software
• Experience with doors, hardware, or fire-rated products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
