Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation and management of the creator community within the AIGC and video creator ecosystem, helping improve creator onboarding, communication, and engagement processes.
- Assist in planning and executing community activities such as creation challenges, themed tasks, and online sharing sessions to encourage continuous creator participation and content production.
- Help collect and organize community feedback and basic content data, supporting the analysis of content trends and providing simple creation guidance to creators.
- Assist in maintaining community order and a positive atmosphere by responding to creator questions and supporting smooth day-to-day community operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Marketing, Media, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong interest in creator communities, AIGC, and digital content ecosystems; prior internship or project experience in community, user, or content operations is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude, with the ability to learn quickly and execute tasks responsibly.
- Basic familiarity with Discord or similar community tools, and willingness to learn community management workflows.
- Strong English proficiency is required (able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English)

- Interest in AIGC, AI creative tools, or the creator economy;
- Experience with video editing, content creation, or being an active user of creative tools;
- Experience in overseas communities or international collaboration;
- Ability to communicate in Chinese
