Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Territory Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within an assigned territory. The Territory Sales Manager will actively seek out new sales opportunities, develop connections with prospective clients, and maintain relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, providing training to clients about Safe Step solutions, offering exceptional customer service, and managing sales operations to achieve growth targets. Collaboration with internal teams and regular reporting on sales performance will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and address inquiries professionally.
  • Proven experience in Sales to identify opportunities, manage accounts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in delivering Training to clients or teams on products, services, or sales strategies effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • 80% hunting and 20% farming
  • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality or restoration industry is a plus.
