Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements.
  • Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.
  • Ensure that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executives and sales team to handle requests and queries from customers and suppliers.
  • Collect & record all incoming/outgoing funds for promos, events, and sponsorships
  • Order and track company letterhead, envelopes, line cards, and business cards
  • Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.

Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Event planning and coordination
