WOOD is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to support candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline maintenance for mission-critical hiring needs. This is a hands-on recruiting operations role focused on outreach, documentation, and keeping candidate pipelines active and ready. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who are detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to learn the recruiting craft in a high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing and outreach to candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
- Support screening conversations and maintain ongoing candidate engagement.
- Keep ATS records accurate and updated in iCIMS and Workday.
- Maintain warm candidate pipelines for both forecasted and active roles.
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination during active hiring cycles.
- Document candidate notes, availability, and alignment to labor categories.
- Ensure smooth candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 0–3 years of recruiting, sourcing, HR, or customer-facing experience.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (iCIMS, Workday) preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
