Commercial Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for clients and employees. Monday-Friday. 20 hours per week. Reliable transportation is a must as this location is not on a bus line.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks during scheduled maintenance periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
