Location: Lutterworth, Magna Park

Shift: Monday - Friday 

Hours of Work: Rotating Days 8:00 - 16:00 / Lates 15:30 - 23:30

The Mission : You won’t just be turning wrenches; you’ll be turning an engineering team into a high-performance machine. You’ll own the PPM schedule, organise team training, control the spares budget, and mentor a crew of multi-skilled technicians and engineers keeping the site performing at its best.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Supervise: Mentor, coach, and manage a team of multi-skilled engineers and technicians.

• Organise: Own the PPM schedule and make sure we’re 100% compliant.

• Teach: Manage the training matrix and keep the team’s skills sharp.

• Support: Jump in on repairs when needed to keep the site running.

• Oversee: Control the spares budget and inventory so we’re never caught short.

What We’re Looking For

• The Experience: Demonstrated ability to supervise a team or step into a leadership role to maintain operations when management is away.

• The Skills : Level 3 Electrical qualified with hands-on experience navigating and troubleshooting PLC systems.

• The Mindset: Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage fast-paced shifts effectively.

• The Industry : Proven experience within a manufacturing, sortation, or logistics environment.
