Join Our Team as a Reseller / Distribution Account Manager!

Location: Home-based / South East

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Carrier Solutions is excited to offer an opportunity for a Reseller / Distribution Account Manager based ideally in the South East. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and developing new business opportunities while collaborating with our distribution sales teams to drive growth.

Your Mission:

As a key player in our team, you will:

  • Maximize Market Share: Increase sales revenue while maintaining control over margins.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the current CSUK sales team to enhance our market presence in your region.
  • Target New Opportunities: Identify and engage potential resellers and distributors.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Develop new business avenues and seek opportunities for channel growth.
  • Empower Resellers: Keep them updated on product and service developments to enhance their promotional efforts.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with resellers through regular communication.
  • Analyze Performance: Compile monthly sales and forecast reports to optimize sales potential with the National Distribution Manager.
What We’re Looking For:

If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you!

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HVAC industry, particularly DX and VRF products.
  • Sales Experience: A strong background in HVAC sales, working with contractors, M&E’s, and specification consultants.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct engaging meetings.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Customer Service: A commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
