POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role? We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Embedded Programme Management team . In this dynamic position, you will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching while tackling complex technical challenges across various LMR (Land, Mobile & Radio) security initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to streamline processes, drive security initiatives, and ensure successful project execution.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the installation process from concept to final handover, ensuring all system components are delivered as specified.
- Coordinate with project-assigned installation partners to ensure labor, equipment, and materials are effectively planned and executed.
- Confirm the procurement and installation of access control wires and cables as needed.
- Lead the inspection, testing, demonstration, and acceptance of all equipment and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Monitor project SLAs to ensure security systems are active by Practical Completion, as defined by the client.
- Manage the installation of approved and additional equipment as per project specifications.
- Provide accurate SLA reports using agreed tools as per the execution framework and PMO model.
- Create and maintain daily schedules to keep projects on track.
- Identify and track project constraints on a daily basis.
- Escalate project issues internally and as needed.
- Utilize approved document management systems for reporting (daily and weekly).
- Maintain logs for risks, actions, issues, and decisions.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Strong LMR technical expertise.
- Experience with radio operations deployment.
- 3–5 years of project management experience.
- Proven track record in successful project delivery with exceptional interpersonal skills.
DESIRED CRITERIA
- Project management experience in security or radio operations deployment, ideally in a global setting.
- Prince2 or equivalent qualifications.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Experience in a logistics environment.
- Background in construction or architectural projects.
