Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in Durham, North Carolina, and play a key role in our extensive logistics network. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders by meticulously picking items from warehouse stock and carefully preparing them for shipment. You will utilize handheld scanners and other warehouse technologies to efficiently locate products, verify quantities, and track inventory movements. Attention to detail is crucial in this role to minimize errors and uphold the quality of our service. After picking, you will expertly package the items, ensuring they are protected throughout the shipping process and meet our standards. Safety is paramount in our warehouse environment. All team members are required to strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting. You should be comfortable performing physical tasks, including frequent lifting. Teamwork and a commitment to achieving collective goals are highly valued. Responsibilities include: Accurately retrieving items from designated warehouse locations based on order requirements; Using RF scanners to confirm picks and manage inventory; Inspecting products for any defects or damages; Packaging items securely and efficiently for shipment; Applying correct shipping labels and documentation; Maintaining a clean and organized workstation; Adhering to all safety policies and using required PPE; Participating in inventory control activities; Supporting the overall logistics and shipping operations. This role involves considerable physical exertion, including frequent lifting of items up to 35 lbs, standing for long periods, and walking throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking/packing or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and product labels.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Capability to perform lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
