We are seeking a hardworking Material Handler to join our growing team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics network. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling, movement, and storage of materials within the facility. Key tasks include receiving, unloading, stocking, and preparing goods for shipment. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of Safety and provide all necessary training and PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and identify incoming materials and products with accuracy.
- Move materials using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Sort, organize, and stack materials in designated storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for outgoing shipments.
- Conduct routine checks of inventory and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and consistently wear required PPE.
- Assist in maintaining efficient warehouse logistics and workflow.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and report any malfunctions.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is advantageous.
