Are you a detail-oriented individual passionate about efficient logistics? We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate for our San Jose, California facility! This role is central to our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurate order picking, packing, and preparation for shipment. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their products promptly and in excellent condition. We prioritize a safe, productive, and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they match order details.
- Package orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Prepare packages for shipping, applying labels and documentation.
- Stage orders for outbound logistics and coordinate with shipping carriers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent picking and stocking.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
- Uphold strict safety standards, including the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
- Participate in team efforts to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plus.
- Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment, order processing, or warehouse roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology, such as RF scanners and WMS.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety regulations.
- Must be willing and able to wear required PPE.
