We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse team in San Diego, California. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data, a critical component of our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include performing regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies, managing stock levels, and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience with inventory management systems. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential inventory issues is highly valued. You must be committed to maintaining a safe work environment, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with warehouse and operations teams.
