We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing our logistics processes, from receiving and put-away to order fulfillment and shipping. You will be expected to mentor and motivate your team, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse management and logistics. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is essential. The role may involve occasional lifting and requires the ability to be on your feet for extended periods. - Supervising and scheduling warehouse staff.

- Monitoring and improving operational efficiency and productivity.
- Managing inventory accuracy and conducting regular audits.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless logistics flow.
- Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
