You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are required to follow strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE at all times. This position requires physical activity, including frequent lifting, standing, and walking throughout the shift. Experience with warehouse equipment and inventory systems is beneficial but not always required, as comprehensive training is provided. You will be an essential part of our supply chain, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock merchandise in designated locations within the distribution center.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or other provided technology.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch and load trucks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety standards and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all logistics and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all PPE requirements.
