Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Transport materials to and from various locations within the warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Assist with order picking and staging for shipment.
- Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Valid forklift operator certification is strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and the use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
