We are looking for a meticulous Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and coordinating the shipment of goods. Your duties will include accurately documenting outgoing shipments, preparing bills of lading, scheduling transportation, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely deliveries. You will also be responsible for verifying shipping information, maintaining shipping records, and ensuring that all shipments comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. A strong understanding of shipping procedures and logistics is essential. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to all Safety guidelines are paramount. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. While this role is primarily administrative, there may be occasional requirements for light Lifting and moving of packages. Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills are a must. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and have experience in shipping or logistics coordination, we encourage you to apply.
