Our logistics company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and motivate our warehouse team. In this critical role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, optimizing workflow, and maintaining a high level of productivity. You will also be responsible for training and developing warehouse staff, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and Safety regulations. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics principles is essential. You will champion a culture of safety, ensuring all team members utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow best practices. The ability to effectively manage Lifting requirements and ensure tasks are completed without risk of injury is key. This leadership position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. We are looking for a proactive individual who can drive continuous improvement within the warehouse environment.
